Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email about your order and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will also be able to cancel any order as long as I am contacted before the product is sent. Please note that an email is sent when the shipping label is printed so if no email has been received, the order has not been packed or delivered.
Returns
We will not accept any returns unless the product is damaged or it is not the correct product that was purchased. If the product was damaged we will either issue a refund or a send new product. If damaged, we ask that you send pictures of the damages, we will then take them into consideration and ask whether you would like a refund or a new product (same as the one that was purchased).
Simply not liking the product will not be a valid reason for wanting a refund/return. We will also not be able to cancel any orders once shipping labels are made and products are sent.
